Digital restaurant menu boards that change with the daypart
A menu board is the highest value screen in the building. It sets the order, it carries the price, and when it is wrong it is wrong in front of a queue.
Breakfast is still up at two in the afternoon
Printed boards cost a reprint every time a price moves. Screens fix that, and then introduce a new problem: nobody in head office knows which board is showing which menu right now. A price change that missed three sites is a refund conversation at three counters.
Build your menu board right here, without an account
The screen builder below opens on a restaurant menu board. Type your restaurant name and three dishes, switch to portrait for a drive thru, and watch the board run its loop with a live clock and a scrolling ticker.

Layout
- Venue: restaurant, retail store, clinic, gym, office or school
- Orientation: landscape 16:9 or portrait 9:16
- Layout: full bleed, main plus sidebar, or a menu board in three columns
- Content: your business name and three short lines, prefilled for the venue you picked
The schedule strip underneath shows the same playlist placed on a weekly grid, which is exactly what the schedule view does inside the product.
Getting a board up
-
01
Pair the screen
Open the pairing URL on the TV, the Android stick or the mini PC behind the board, and type the six digits into the panel. No dedicated menu board hardware.
-
02
Build the board from a template
Pick a three column layout, drop in categories, items and prices, and set your brand type and colours. Save it as the template every venue uses.
-
03
Put it on the daypart grid
Breakfast until 11, lunch until 16, evening after that. The board follows the trading day without anyone in the kitchen touching a remote.
For a group, not just a site
Tag boards by brand, region or venue and schedule against the tag. A new price reaches 40 restaurants in one action, and the proof of play record shows which boards took it and when. Roles keep a venue manager on their own screens, and approval can stand between a draft menu and the whole estate.
What it costs
Billed per active screen. A restaurant with three boards behind the counter counts as three screens. Essential is 19 USD per screen monthly, Professional is 29 USD and adds dayparts, groups and proof of play, which is where most groups land. Full detail on the pricing page.
Can I show sold out items differently
Yes. Mark an item unavailable and the board greys it, or removes it, depending on the template. The change reaches the board on the next check in, in seconds.
Do menu boards work in portrait
Yes. Portrait boards are common in narrow service areas, and the templates, schedule and builder all work at 9:16.
What happens if the restaurant loses internet
The board keeps playing the menu it already holds, including the daypart changes. When the connection returns, the play records it stored are uploaded so the gap is visible in the report.
Draw your board in the builder
Pick the menu board layout, type three lines, and watch it render at the aspect ratio of your wall. No account needed.
