Attach the record to campaign reporting. The promotion ran in 38 of 40 locations, these two were down on these days, and here are the frames.
Sending content to a screen is the easy half. Knowing it arrived, stayed and was visible is the half that decides whether the money you spent on the campaign did anything.
Most panels tell you a device checked in. That is a statement about the network, not about the wall. A screen can be online and showing a black rectangle, a frozen frame, a system dialog or last quarter's campaign, and the dot stays green through all of it.
The gap shows up as a familiar sentence in a meeting: we think it is up in most locations.
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Screen and location | Which wall, in which venue, in which region |
| Item | The picture, video or page that was drawn |
| Started and duration | When it appeared and how long it held the screen |
| Source | The playlist, daypart or campaign that placed it there |
| Screenshot | The frame as the device drew it, at the time shown |
| State | Online, playing from storage, or not reporting |
Filter by screen, group, location, campaign or date range, then export to CSV. The export is what makes this usable outside the panel: a campaign report, a supplier report, an invoice for a promotion a brand paid to place in your stores.
A screen that stops reporting, freezes on one frame or wakes up at the wrong resolution raises an email alert with the location, the screen name and the last frame it sent. The alert goes to the people who can actually fix it, which is usually the venue and the regional manager, not a central inbox nobody reads.

Find the dead screen the same day. A screen that has been black since Friday is a Friday problem, not a next site visit problem.
Evidence that the spend landed. If a brand paid for placement in your venues, this is the report that justifies the invoice.
See which devices drop, how often and where, so the fix goes to the site with the bad connection rather than to every site.
Proof of play is included from the Professional plan at 29 USD per screen monthly. Pair one screen today and read its record tomorrow morning.
