Build one of your Fugo screens before you commit to a plan
Type your business name and three notices, and the builder renders a working screen in your browser with the weekly schedule behind it. No account and no player to buy, so you have a working screen and a per screen price to hold against the Fugo total.
Fugo pricing at a glance
We read Fugo's pricing page in October 2026. Prices are in USD per screen. The yearly totals per screen are the yearly rate times twelve, which matches the figures on the page.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Billed yearly | Per screen a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | 24 USD a month | 20 USD a month | 240 USD |
| Core | 36 USD a month | 30 USD a month | 360 USD |
| Enterprise | Not listed | 40 USD a month | 480 USD |
What each Fugo plan includes
Essential covers the content design studio, customizable templates, more than 40 free apps, web links, touch content, advanced scheduling and a live playback preview. Core adds premium apps, Power BI and Looker integrations, TV dashboards refreshed hourly, screen mirroring through a casting link, embeddable channels and company templates. Enterprise adds on-premise dashboards, local app casting, an API key, player variables, event notification emails and single sign-on.
Is there a minimum number of screens?
No minimum is stated. You pay per screen, add or remove screens at any time, and mid-cycle additions are billed pro rata. Volume discounts on Enterprise need a sales quote.

Hardware, trial and payment
No dedicated player is required, and Fugo runs on many devices. Two optional boxes exist, a Windows NUC for up to three displays and a ChromeOS Chromebox for up to two, both priced by quote. There is a 14 day trial with Core features and no card, and one watermarked screen stays free. Payment is by card, or by bank transfer in USD, GBP or EUR.
Where Fugo is the better buy
Fugo fits a team that wants dashboards on the wall. If the screens show Power BI or Looker reports, you want a design studio inside the tool and a free watermarked screen to test with, Core at 30 USD is a reasonable price for that. Nothing in our product replaces the business intelligence connections.
Where a different platform fits better
Pick something else when the screens are notices, menus, schedules and promotions and the real need is a record of what ran in each location. Fugo's pricing page does not feature proof of play. Our digital signage player page lists the devices that run Displayer, and the proof of play page shows what the record contains. If your dashboards come from questions your team asks of a database, a tool like plain English questions turned into SQL and charts can build the underlying report before it goes on a screen.
Extra costs to check before you sign
- Hardware. The NUC and Chromebox are by quote, so ask for the price per screen.
- Tier jump. Power BI and Looker are Core features, so dashboards raise the price per screen by 10 USD at the yearly rate.
- Billing. The page says yearly billing saves up to 17 percent, which matches the listed prices.
