TelemetryTV pricing per device, and what the Entry, Core, Elite and Network plans cost a business

TelemetryTV pricing starts at 8 USD per device a month on Entry, 13 USD on Core and 16 USD on Elite, which needs at least 10 devices on an annual term. Network and Enterprise are quoted; directories report Network from about 4,500 USD a month with 500 devices included, roughly 9 USD a device. Proof of play and device logs start on Elite, so 10 screens with reporting cost about 1,920 USD a year. The same 10 screens on Displayer Professional, with screenshot proof of play, cost 1,680 USD a year.

TelemetryTV pricing at a glance

We read TelemetryTV's own pricing page and its subscription plan documentation in October 2026. The three self-serve plans show a price per device per month; Network and Enterprise show what is included but no price, so those figures come from software directories and are marked as reported.

Plan Price per device a month Minimum Term What it adds
Entry 8 USD None Monthly or annual 70+ apps, video storage, playlist scheduling, screen zones, Canva, AI chat support
Core 13 USD None Monthly or annual Tag filters, group permissions, user activity logs, automatic provisioning, API
Elite 16 USD 10 devices Annual only Proof of Play and Device Logs, RS-232 commands, embeddable playlists, media auto expire, support team help
Enterprise Quoted, reported at 35 USD 100 devices included Annual Larger limits, phone support
Network Quoted, reported from 4,500 USD a month 500 devices included Annual 5 TB storage, built for large fleets

Three details sit in the small print. The 30 day trial runs with Elite features, so a team that tests reporting during the trial and then picks Core loses it on day 31. TelemetryTV states that it does not offer nonprofit or education discounts. And phone support is listed only for enterprise and custom plans; Entry and Core get AI chat, and Elite adds help from the support team.

What TelemetryTV costs for 10, 25 and 100 screens

Software only, at the per device prices on TelemetryTV's pricing page. Elite needs 10 devices, so it is shown from 10.

Screens Entry, a year Core, a year Elite, a year
10 960 USD 1,560 USD 1,920 USD
25 2,400 USD 3,900 USD 4,800 USD
100 9,600 USD 15,600 USD 19,200 USD

At 100 devices most buyers get pointed to Enterprise, where the reported 35 USD a device would be 42,000 USD a year. That figure is a directory number and the real quote depends on what is in the order, so treat it as the top of the range rather than a price. At 500 devices and up, the reported Network rate of about 9 USD a device is low for the market and is the plan's real point.

Which TelemetryTV plan most businesses actually need

Entry is aimed at small deployments and home use, and TelemetryTV's own documentation says so. It has no user activity logs and no group permissions, so the moment two locations or two editors are involved it gets awkward.

Core is the plan for most offices and IT-run lobbies. Group permissions and activity logs answer the basic governance questions, the API lets a developer push data to screens, and there is no device minimum. What it does not have is proof of play.

Elite is where reporting lives. If anyone outside the company, a franchisor, an advertiser, a landlord or an auditor, will ask what played on a screen, Core does not answer it and Elite does. The 10 device minimum and the annual term make that a 1,920 USD a year decision at the smallest size.

TelemetryTV hardware and the device question

TelemetryTV sells its own players running TelemetryOS and also runs on devices you bring. The pricing page does not list hardware prices, so ask for them with the quote. The software needs a network connection; cached static content keeps playing through an outage, but streaming and live web content stop.

If the screens are recent smart TVs, it is worth asking whether you need a box at all. Displayer's digital signage player runs as a browser page on the TV's own browser, or on any small Android, Chrome or Windows device, paired with a six character code. Nothing to buy per screen and nothing to send back.

TelemetryTV pricing compared with other platforms

Ten screens, one year, software only, each vendor's reporting tier at its published yearly rate, read in September and October 2026.

Platform and tier Per screen a month 10 screens, one year Proof of play
TelemetryTV Elite 16 USD 1,920 USD Proof of Play and Device Logs
TelemetryTV Core 13 USD 1,560 USD Not included
Yodeck Premium 12 USD 1,440 USD Playback Reports
ScreenCloud Pro 30 USD 3,600 USD Proof of play logs
Displayer Professional 14 USD 1,680 USD Play record plus periodic screenshots
Displayer Essential 9 USD 1,080 USD Not included

TelemetryTV is a strong choice when the screens show data. Its app library, web apps and API are aimed at IT teams putting dashboards, KPIs and web pages on office walls, and Core at 13 USD with no minimum is fair for that job. It is less of a fit for a store or clinic network where the screens show promotions and notices, the editors are not technical, and the question that eventually arrives is what was on screen at 2 p.m. last Thursday.

That question is the one Displayer is built for. Professional, at 14 USD a screen on the yearly rate or 29 USD monthly, keeps a play record for each screen and stores timestamped screenshots of the rendered screen beside it, which you can export with the images. A log says a player reported a file as played; a screenshot shows what the panel showed. Our proof of play page explains the difference, and the pricing page lists every plan per active screen.

Signage is often one of a dozen per device and per seat subscriptions on the company card. If nobody owns that list, a read-only view of your SaaS spend that flags renewals and price changes catches the device licenses that keep billing for screens that were taken down months ago.

When TelemetryTV is the right buy, and when it is not

Buy TelemetryTV when an IT team runs the screens, the content is mostly dashboards, web apps and live data, and you want an API and RS-232 control of the displays. Core covers most of that without a minimum.

Look elsewhere when the screens sit in many locations run by non-technical staff, when you need proof of play but not ten devices on an annual term, or when you want to keep the TVs you have without adding a box. Displayer starts at three screens, bills monthly or yearly, includes unlimited team members, and runs in the browser of the screens you already own. If you are comparing several vendors at once, our roundup of the best digital signage software prices them side by side, and the enterprise page covers SSO and audit needs for 25 screens and up.

How much does TelemetryTV cost?

TelemetryTV costs 8 USD per device a month on Entry, 13 USD on Core and 16 USD on Elite, which needs at least 10 devices on an annual term. Network and Enterprise are quoted. Directories report Network from about 4,500 USD a month with 500 devices included and Enterprise around 35 USD a device.

Does TelemetryTV have a free plan?

No. TelemetryTV has no free plan. It offers a 30 day trial that starts at sign-up and includes Elite features, so you can test proof of play and device logs before you choose. After the trial every device is billed on a paid plan.

Does TelemetryTV offer nonprofit or education discounts?

No. TelemetryTV's subscription documentation states that it does not offer nonprofit or educational discounts and says it lowered its prices instead. Schools and nonprofits pay the same 8, 13 or 16 USD per device as any business.

Which TelemetryTV plan includes proof of play?

Elite. Proof of Play and Device Logs are listed from the Elite plan at 16 USD per device a month, with a 10 device minimum and an annual term. Entry and Core do not include playback reporting, although Core has user activity logs that record who changed what.

Can I pay for TelemetryTV monthly?

Yes, on Entry and Core, which TelemetryTV offers on monthly or annual terms. Elite is annual only. You can cancel at any time and service runs to the end of the billing cycle, and devices added mid-cycle are prorated.

Do I need TelemetryTV hardware?

No. TelemetryTV runs on its own TelemetryOS players and on supported devices you bring yourself. Hardware prices are not on the pricing page, so request them with a quote. Browser based platforms such as Displayer avoid the question by running on the TV's own browser.

Is there a cheaper alternative to TelemetryTV?

At the reporting tier, yes. Ten screens on TelemetryTV Elite cost 1,920 USD a year. Yodeck Premium is 1,440 USD and Displayer Professional 1,680 USD for the same screens, and Displayer adds screenshots of the rendered screen to the play record without a 10 device minimum. The full shortlist is on our TelemetryTV alternative page.
