ScreenCloud pricing at a glance
US list rates per screen per month. Annual figures are read from ScreenCloud's own pricing page in September 2026. Monthly figures are not published there and come from a November 2025 third-party breakdown, so confirm them with sales before you budget on them.
| Plan | Annual | Monthly | Proof of play | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 20 USD | about 24 USD | No | None |
| Pro | 30 USD | about 36 USD | Yes | None |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Annual only | Yes | 25, reported |
Two billing rules sit under that table. Paying by invoice needs an annual term and at least five screens. Paying by card can be month to month or annual. Either way, every device paired to the account counts as one screen license.
Core at 20 USD per screen
Core is the entry plan and it is not stripped down. It includes more than 80 apps and integrations, unlimited file storage, design templates and Quick Post, unlimited users and standard support. For a single office lobby or a handful of break room screens showing announcements, Core covers the job.
What it leaves out is the reporting and governance layer. There are no proof of play logs, no dashboards and no enhanced audit logs on Core, and those are exactly the things a multi-site operator gets asked for first.
Pro at 30 USD per screen, where proof of play starts
Pro adds premium apps and integrations, dashboards, QR code metrics, ScreenCloud Touch for interactive screens, enhanced user audit logs and proof of play logs. It is the tier most organizations with more than one location end up on, and it is the one to price against if anyone outside the team will ever ask what played.
The jump from Core to Pro is 10 USD per screen per month. Across 25 screens that is 3,000 USD a year for reporting, dashboards and audit history.
Enterprise, quoted
Enterprise adds single sign-on, professional design support, onboarding and training, a customer success manager and premium support. ScreenCloud does not publish a rate. A third-party breakdown estimates it around 40 USD per screen and reports a 25-license minimum to unlock it, so the realistic floor is roughly 12,000 USD a year before negotiation.
If your IT team requires single sign-on for every SaaS tool, that requirement alone moves you to Enterprise, because SSO is not on Core or Pro.
Does ScreenCloud include hardware
Yes, on annual plans. Core and Pro both include a player device when you commit to a year. If you already own devices, you can opt out of the included one and take 17 percent off your first year instead. On 25 Pro screens, that turns 9,000 USD into 7,470 USD for year one, a saving of 1,530 USD.
That choice is worth thinking through. The included device is convenient, but it is also a fleet you will patch and eventually replace. Fire TV sticks, Chrome devices and similar hardware you already own can run ScreenCloud, and taking the discount keeps the hardware decision in your hands.
Discounts ScreenCloud offers
Education and nonprofit customers get 5 percent off software licenses. Only one discount applies per account, and discounts do not cover hardware. On 25 Pro screens, 5 percent is 450 USD a year.
The larger lever is billing term. Annual pricing is roughly 17 percent below the reported monthly rate, which on Pro is the difference between about 10,800 USD and 9,000 USD a year for 25 screens.
What 10, 25 and 100 screens cost for a year
Annual rates, software only.
| Screens | Core per year | Pro per year | Pro with device opt-out, year one |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | 2,400 USD | 3,600 USD | 2,988 USD |
| 25 | 6,000 USD | 9,000 USD | 7,470 USD |
| 100 | 24,000 USD | 36,000 USD | 29,880 USD |
Adding screens mid-term is billed pro rata for the rest of the cycle. Removing them only takes effect at the next billing cycle, so an annual contract sized for 25 screens stays at 25 until renewal even if you take five down in month three. Annual cancellation needs 30 days' notice, and invoice-billed plans carry a 15-day refund window after you commit.
At the 100-screen line, a 36,000 USD annual invoice is a real purchase with a real approval path. If your finance team routes vendor bills through an accounts payable approval workflow, get the ScreenCloud quote into it early, because an annual signage renewal that arrives unannounced is the kind of bill that stalls for weeks.
ScreenCloud vs OptiSigns and Yodeck on price
ScreenCloud is two to three times the price of the two budget leaders at the reporting tier. Twenty five screens for one year on each vendor's tier that includes proof of play, annual rate:
| Platform | Reporting tier | Rate per screen | 25 screens per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| OptiSigns | Pro | 11.25 USD | 3,375 USD |
| Yodeck | Premium | 12 USD | 3,600 USD |
| Displayer | Professional | 23 USD | 6,900 USD |
| ScreenCloud | Pro | 30 USD | 9,000 USD |
The gap is not arbitrary. ScreenCloud sells to organizations where an IT security review is part of the purchase, and it prices in the support relationship, the included hardware and the governance features. If you are not being asked for those things, you are paying for them anyway. Our OptiSigns pricing guide and Yodeck pricing guide break the cheaper two down tier by tier.
Is ScreenCloud free
No. ScreenCloud offers a free trial on Core and Pro but has no permanent free plan, unlike OptiSigns (up to three screens with its branding on them) or Yodeck (one screen). Plan on paying from the first screen that goes into real use.
How much does ScreenCloud cost per month
On the annual rate, Core is 20 USD and Pro is 30 USD per screen per month. Month-to-month billing is not published on ScreenCloud's pricing page and is reported at about 24 USD for Core and 36 USD for Pro. Enterprise is quoted and billed annually.
Is ScreenCloud worth the price
It is worth it when you need what the price pays for: single sign-on, audit logs, a named success manager and a vendor your IT team already trusts. For a network that mainly needs content on screens across sites plus evidence of what played, the same outcome is available for less. Weigh the Pro rate against what you actually use.
What ScreenCloud's proof of play shows, and what it does not
ScreenCloud's proof of play logs, on Pro and above, record what each player reports it played and when. That is fine for internal reporting. It does not show the rendered screen, so it cannot catch a TV on the wrong input, a frozen frame or a layout cropped by a resolution mismatch.
Displayer's proof of play keeps the same kind of play record and adds periodic, timestamped screenshots of what the screen actually rendered. Professional is 23 USD per screen on the yearly rate, 7 USD below ScreenCloud Pro, with unlimited team members and a browser-based player that runs on the devices you already own. Plans are on the pricing page.
When ScreenCloud is the right buy, and when it is not
Buy ScreenCloud when single sign-on is mandatory, when IT wants a vendor with an enterprise track record, and when the budget supports 30 USD per screen or more. It is a solid, well-supported platform and its Core plan is generous for what it includes.
Look elsewhere when price per screen matters and your requirement is reporting rather than governance. For the full shortlist, compared on price, players and proof of play, see our OptiSigns alternative comparison and the best digital signage software roundup.
