XOGO pricing per player, and what 10 and 25 screens cost in a year

XOGO has two software plans. Free covers one player with a 15 item library and videos up to 60 seconds, and Pro is 20 USD per player per month, with 25 percent off when you pay annually, which works out to about 15 USD a month or 180 USD a year per player. Its Mini Max player is 69.99 USD. At 25 screens that is about 4,500 USD a year in software on the annual rate, 6,000 USD month to month, plus about 1,750 USD in players if you buy the XOGO box for each screen.

Build one of your XOGO screens before you commit to a license

Type your business name and three notices, and the builder renders a working screen in your browser with the weekly schedule behind it. No account and no player to buy, so you have a working screen and a per screen price to hold against the XOGO total.

XOGO pricing at a glance

We read XOGO's pricing page in October 2026. It lists two software plans and one piece of hardware. The yearly figure is our arithmetic from the "pay annually and save 25%" line, not a number printed on the page.

Item Price What you get
Free 0 USD One player, one user, 15 library items, videos up to 60 seconds, basic scheduling, HD only, email support
Pro 20 USD per player a month, about 15 USD a month (180 USD a year) paid annually Unlimited users and library, videos of any length, advanced scheduling, HD and 4K, widgets, user rights, player grouping, overlays, Microsoft Teams Rooms integration
Mini Max player 69.99 USD, one time 4K player with remote and power supply, landscape and portrait
Bulk and over 100 players Contact sales Enterprise pricing and licenses longer than the standard 12 months

What the Free plan is good for

Free is built for one screen. With a 15 item library, videos capped at 60 seconds and a single user, it works for a menu on a counter or a notice in a waiting room, and the terms limit it to one free account per organization. It is a trial in practice: the moment a second location, a second editor or a longer video appears, you are on Pro.

What Pro costs per player, and the 12 month term

Pro is priced per player, and the page refers to a standard 12 month license. At 20 USD a month a single player costs 240 USD over a year if you pay monthly, and 180 USD on the annual rate. The page lists no minimum number of players and no setup fee. Past 100 players, or for terms longer than 12 months, you move to enterprise pricing by quote.

XOGO pricing for 10 and 25 screens

Software per year on the Pro plan, with the 69.99 USD Mini Max shown separately for screens that need a player.

Screens Pro paid annually Pro paid monthly Mini Max players
10 1,800 USD a year 2,400 USD a year 700 USD
25 4,500 USD a year 6,000 USD a year about 1,750 USD
100 18,000 USD a year, bulk pricing on request 24,000 USD a year about 7,000 USD

If you need a player on every wall, the first year for one screen on the annual rate is 180 USD plus 69.99 USD, about 250 USD. A recent smart TV with a browser or a stick you already own removes the box line.

XOGO compared with other platforms at 25 screens

Yearly rate on each vendor's tier with unlimited editors and a play record where one exists.

Platform and plan Per screen a month 25 screens a year
Yodeck Premium 12 USD 3,600 USD
Displayer Professional, yearly 14 USD 4,200 USD
XOGO Pro, paid annually about 15 USD 4,500 USD
TelemetryTV Elite 16 USD 4,800 USD
XOGO Pro, paid monthly 20 USD 6,000 USD
Displayer Professional, monthly 29 USD 8,700 USD

Displayer Professional includes unlimited team members, roles and approvals, groups by location, and proof of play with timestamped screenshots of what each screen rendered. XOGO is cheaper than Displayer if you pay month to month, and Yodeck is cheaper than both on the annual rate. Displayer is cheaper than XOGO only when you commit for the year and your screens already have a player. The full plan list is on our digital signage pricing page.

Where XOGO is the better buy

XOGO is a fair product at an honest price. A restaurant or clinic with a handful of screens, a free plan to start, a 69.99 USD player that ships ready to plug in, and Microsoft Teams Rooms support for meeting room displays is a good match. Month to month it undercuts Displayer by 9 USD a screen. If you only need playback and a simple schedule, choose it.

Where a different platform fits better

Pick something else when you need a record of what played. XOGO's pricing page lists no play report or screenshots, and a franchisor or a property manager who has to show that a message ran in every location needs one. Roles with approvals are also a Pro line item to check against your process. If your screens are smart TVs or devices you already own, a platform that plays in the browser avoids the box. Our digital signage player page lists what runs, and the proof of play page shows what the record contains. If the screens need fresh video, an AI video ad generator can turn a product link into short clips to schedule.

Extra costs to check before you sign

  • Players. The 69.99 USD Mini Max is per screen, and shipping is not listed.
  • The term. The standard license is 12 months, so a monthly price is not a month to month commitment unless support confirms it.
  • Bulk pricing. More than 100 players is by quote, so ask what the price per player becomes.
  • Content. Pro allows videos of any length and 4K, so a media library grows quickly. Storage terms are not on the pricing page.
