Navori pricing per player and Navori digital signage cost for 10, 25 and 100 screens

Navori publishes one price. Cloud Essential, its hosted edition for networks under 250 screens, starts at 14 USD per player per month, the figure in Navori's own pricing page markup and on Capterra and Kitcast's comparison. Cloud Professional and Enterprise self-hosting are quoted only. Navori's StiX 3800 player launched at 349 USD and sells for about 376 to 440 USD at US resellers, so 25 screens on Cloud Essential with a StiX each come to about 4,200 USD a year in software plus about 8,700 to 11,000 USD in players up front. Displayer Professional costs the same 14 USD per screen on the yearly rate, runs in the browser of the display you own and stores screenshots of what each screen played.

Read on navori.com/pricing in October 2026. Navori loads the Cloud Essential amount with a script and shows it in USD, CAD, EUR, CHF and INR; its own product markup states a low price of 14 USD.

Edition Price Who it is for What it adds
Cloud Essential From 14 USD per player a month Networks under 250 screens Any screen type, templates and live data, player health monitoring, content sync across players, multi-user and multi-domain access, hosted by Navori
Cloud Professional Quoted Larger or more demanding networks Timelines, dayparting and campaigns, no-code content automation, interactive features, an advertising management toolkit, IT compliance support, open APIs
Enterprise self-hosting Quoted, subscription or perpetual license Enterprises and OEMs running their own backend Up to 99,000 players per backend, security audit collaboration, custom UI, connectors or player builds
StiX 3800 player 349 USD at launch, about 376 to 440 USD at resellers One per screen, optional 4K at 60 fps, Android based, PoE, optional camera sensor for audience analytics

Navori does not publish an annual rate, a minimum screen count or trial terms; the page routes every edition to "Book a demo" or "Ask for a quote". Some directories still list an older 20 USD Essential figure, so ask for the current rate in writing. Navori has also owned Signagelive since August 2025, and those licenses are priced separately in our Signagelive pricing guide.

What Navori costs for 10, 25 and 100 screens

At 14 USD per player a month on Cloud Essential, before any volume discount:

Screens Software a year StiX 3800 per screen, one time Year one with StiX players
10 1,680 USD 3,490 to 4,400 USD 5,170 to 6,080 USD
25 4,200 USD 8,725 to 11,000 USD 12,925 to 15,200 USD
100 16,800 USD 34,900 to 44,000 USD 51,700 to 60,800 USD

The player is the bigger line in year one at every size. If your displays are recent Samsung Tizen or LG webOS commercial panels, Navori runs on the panel itself and that column drops out. If they are consumer smart TVs, ask Navori which device it expects, because the answer decides most of the first year bill.

Essential or Professional, the line that matters

Most buyers start on Cloud Essential and find out during the demo whether they need Professional. Four things move you up, and if any one applies, ask for the Professional quote before you sign:

  • You schedule by daypart or run dated campaigns. Timelines, dayparting and campaigns are listed under Professional, not Essential. A restaurant with breakfast and lunch menus, or a retailer running a two week promotion across stores, needs them.
  • You sell screen time. The advertising management toolkit sits on Professional. Retail media networks and venues that sell slots to suppliers end up here.
  • IT wants APIs or a compliance review. Open APIs and IT compliance support are Professional items.
  • You want interactive kiosks. Built-in interactive features are listed on Professional.

That makes the 14 USD rate the price of a weekly schedule on a monitored network, and the realistic rate for a multi-site operator is whatever the Professional quote comes back at.

Proof of play and audience analytics

Navori's player analytics report what played, filterable by content and tag, with a "played in full" option and a CSV export for a chosen period. Navori's support documentation says audience metrics (how many people looked, for how long) need its Aquaji analytics add-on and a camera sensor on the player; without them you get playback impressions only. For an advertiser network that sells impressions, that camera based measurement is a real reason to pick Navori, and few platforms at this price offer it.

The record is a log. It tells you a file was scheduled and reported as played. If a franchisor, landlord or supplier asks what a particular screen actually looked like on a particular day, a log line does not show a frozen screen or a browser error over the content. Displayer's proof of play keeps the play record and, on Professional, stores periodic timestamped screenshots of the rendered screen beside it, exported per screen and date.

The costs outside the per player rate

  • Players. StiX 3800 at 349 to 440 USD per screen, an optical sensor and power adapter sold separately according to Kitcast's comparison, or a supported commercial display.
  • Professional features. Dayparting, campaigns and the advertising toolkit are not in the 14 USD rate.
  • Analytics. Aquaji audience metrics are an add-on with its own hardware.
  • Self-hosting. The Enterprise edition moves the backend to your servers, so you pay for the server, its patching and the people who run it on top of the license.
  • Quotes that move. Vendor list prices in this category change every few months (Yodeck raised Premium in April 2026), so if procurement watches several signage vendors at once, a tool that tracks competitor pricing pages for changes saves rechecking every vendor by hand before each renewal.

Twenty five screens for one year at published rates, software only.

Platform and tier Per screen a month 25 screens a year What the record shows
Kitcast Pro, yearly 10 USD 3,000 USD Audit and activity logs
Yodeck Premium 12 USD 3,600 USD Playback reports
Navori Cloud Essential 14 USD 4,200 USD Playback log with CSV export
Displayer Professional, yearly 14 USD 4,200 USD Play record plus stored screenshots

Navori Essential and Displayer Professional cost the same per screen. The difference is what the rate includes: Displayer Professional already has dayparts, dated campaigns, location tags, roles with approval and screenshot proof, and needs no player for a display that has a browser. Displayer Essential is 9 USD per screen on the yearly rate, 2,700 USD at 25 screens, for networks that only need weekly schedules. Kitcast and Yodeck are cheaper still, and our Kitcast pricing and Yodeck pricing guides break them down.

Who should pick Navori, and who should not

  • Pick Navori if you run an advertising network that sells audience impressions and wants camera based measurement, or if you need a self-hosted backend for hundreds or thousands of players under your own security controls.
  • Pick Navori if your estate is already on Samsung Tizen or LG webOS panels and your integrator supports Navori.
  • Look elsewhere if your screens are menus, notices and promotions across a few dozen sites, because you will pay for a Professional quote and a player per screen to get dayparting that comes standard on simpler platforms.

For that second group, Displayer runs in the browser of the TVs you already own from 9 USD per screen a month on the yearly rate, with a three screen minimum and every team member included. Our best digital signage software comparison prices the main platforms side by side, and the BrightSign alternative page covers the player per screen question in more depth.

How much does Navori digital signage cost?

Navori Cloud Essential starts at 14 USD per player per month for networks under 250 screens. Cloud Professional and Enterprise self-hosting are quoted. The StiX 3800 player adds 349 USD at launch price, about 376 to 440 USD at resellers, per screen. Ten screens with players cost about 5,170 to 6,080 USD in year one.

Does Navori charge per screen or per user?

Navori charges per player, which usually means per screen. Cloud Essential is described as multi-user and multi-domain, and the pricing page does not list a seat fee. Confirm user limits on the quote if many people will edit.

Is there a Navori free trial?

Navori's pricing page does not offer a self-serve trial or a free plan. Every edition routes to a demo or a quote request. Ask the sales team whether a pilot on a few screens is possible before committing to players.

Does Navori have proof of play?

Yes. Navori's player analytics report playback by content and tag, with a played in full filter and a CSV export. Audience metrics such as dwell time need the Aquaji add-on and a camera sensor. The report is a log, not a screenshot of the screen.

Do I need a Navori StiX player?

No. Navori also runs on Windows and Android players, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS commercial displays and BrightSign Series 5. The StiX 3800 is Navori's own 4K player at 349 USD launch price, useful if you want one supported box and the optional camera sensor.

Can I self-host Navori?

Yes. The Enterprise self-hosting edition runs on your own servers, scales to 99,000 players per backend and is sold as a subscription or a perpetual license. Pricing is quoted, and you also carry the server, maintenance and security patching.

What is cheaper than Navori?

At published rates, Kitcast Pro at 10 USD per screen yearly, Yodeck Premium at 12 USD and Displayer Essential at 9 USD on the yearly rate are all below Navori's 14 USD Essential rate. Displayer Professional matches 14 USD and adds dayparts and screenshot proof.
