Appspace pricing per device, and what the Free, Express and Enterprise plans cost

Appspace does not publish a price per screen. Its pricing page lists three plans, Free, Express and Enterprise, and asks you to contact sales for the two paid ones. Express bundles 25 premium users with 25 device IDs and is reported at about 600 USD a month, roughly 7,200 USD a year or 24 USD per device; Enterprise starts at 50 users and 50 devices on a quote. If you only need digital signage on 25 screens, signage-only platforms cost 3,600 to 4,800 USD a year at the tier with proof of play.

Appspace pricing at a glance

We read Appspace's pricing page in October 2026. It shows what each plan includes and no dollar amounts, so the prices below come from third-party trackers and are marked as reported.

Plan Price Premium users Device IDs Storage and bandwidth a month Billing
Free 0 USD 2 1 5 GB each Credit card only
Express Contact sales, reported at about 600 USD a month 25 25 25 GB each Card or invoice, monthly or annual
Enterprise Contact sales, third-party estimates of about 2,000 to 2,500 USD a month 50 50 and up 50 GB and up Card or invoice, monthly or annual

Admins are free on every plan. Extra storage costs 0.10 USD per GB a month and extra bandwidth 0.15 USD per GB a month, and both can be added to any paid subscription. More device licenses and more user licenses are sold as add-ons, with no price on the page.

Why Appspace does not publish a price per screen

Appspace is a workplace platform first and a signage product second. One subscription can cover four products: Intranet, Signage, Workspace for room and desk booking, and Visitors for check-in and wayfinding. It connects to Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Slack, Google, Workday and ServiceNow, and Appspace says it is a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Intranet Packaged Solutions. The price depends on the mix of premium users and devices you need, which is why the quote is built per company.

The public numbers have also moved this year. A pricing tracker recorded Appspace removing its listed starting prices for premium users and devices on April 15, 2026, and putting Express and Enterprise back as contact sales on July 21. An earlier version of the page, still visible in search snippets, showed users from 4 USD a month, devices from 42 USD a month and a minimum spend of 950 USD a month. Treat those as history, not as a current list price.

What Appspace costs for 25 screens

Three figures circulate, and they disagree. Here is each one with the arithmetic, so you can hold your quote up against them.

1. Express bundle, reported. About 600 USD a month for 25 devices and 25 premium users is 7,200 USD a year, or 24 USD per device a month if you assign the whole bundle to the screens.

2. The earlier device rate. 25 devices at the previously listed 42 USD is 1,050 USD a month and 12,600 USD a year, before any user licenses.

3. A competitor's number. XOGO, a signage vendor, states that Appspace requires 25 screens for a cost of 11,400 USD. It does not say over what term, and it is a rival's claim, but it lands close to the old device rate.

The honest range for 25 screens is therefore about 7,200 to 12,600 USD a year in software, depending on the bundle and what you negotiate. G2 places Appspace in its highest cost tier and reports an average negotiated discount of 19 percent, so the first quote is rarely the last.

The extra costs in an Appspace quote

The plan price is the start. These are the lines that tend to appear once the quote is written.

  • Bandwidth. Video heavy signage uses it quickly. Beyond the plan allowance it costs 0.15 USD per GB, and the Appspace community describes a 1,000 GB resource pack at 200 USD a month and arrears overage at 0.18 USD per GB.
  • Storage. 0.10 USD per GB a month above the allowance.
  • Support. Base support comes with every plan. Advanced gives a 12 hour response, chat and three incidents a month on weekdays. Premium gives a 4 hour response for cloud issues and unlimited incidents. Elite adds a 2 hour response and a customer success manager. Paid tiers are priced on request.
  • Professional services. Appspace estimates work in hours, for example about 8 hours for a network assessment, 8 hours for an on-premises install and 40 hours for a custom channel design, with no rates listed.
  • Players. Every screen still needs a supported device or display to run the Appspace App, bought separately.

Appspace pricing compared with signage-only platforms

If the screens are the only part of the bundle you will use, compare against platforms that price the screen alone. 25 screens, yearly rate, on each vendor's tier with playback reports.

Platform and plan Per screen a month 25 screens a month 25 screens a year
Appspace Express, reported bundle about 24 USD about 600 USD about 7,200 USD
Yodeck Premium 12 USD 300 USD 3,600 USD
Displayer Professional, yearly 14 USD 350 USD 4,200 USD
TelemetryTV Elite 16 USD 400 USD 4,800 USD
Displayer Network, yearly, with SSO 24 USD 600 USD 7,200 USD
ScreenCloud Pro 30 USD 750 USD 9,000 USD

Displayer Professional at 4,200 USD a year includes proof of play with timestamped screenshots, roles and approvals, groups and locations, and unlimited team members. If IT requires single sign-on and an audit log, Network at 24 USD a screen yearly matches the reported Express bundle price for the same 25 screens, with SAML, an SLA, the API and webhooks. Enterprise starts from the Network rate and adds invoicing and purchase orders, which is how most Appspace buyers already pay. The plan details are on our digital signage pricing page and the procurement side on enterprise digital signage. The per device figures for the others come from our TelemetryTV pricing, ScreenCloud pricing and Yodeck pricing guides.

When Appspace is worth it, and when a signage tool is enough

Appspace earns its price when you buy the platform, not the screens. If internal comms wants an intranet, facilities wants room and desk booking, reception needs visitor check-in, and everything has to sit inside Microsoft 365 and Teams with one vendor and one security review, a bundle at Enterprise pricing can cost less than four separate tools. That is the buyer Appspace is built for.

It is a poor fit when the project is 20 lobby and floor screens. Then most of the bundle goes unused, the premium user licenses pay for people who will never post to a screen, and the quote process adds weeks. If the intranet half of the bundle was really about onboarding new hires, a corporate LMS for training and onboarding staff is the narrower tool for that job, and the screens can run on a per screen signage platform beside it.

A quick test before you sign: count the people who will publish to the screens and the people who will only read them. If the first number is under ten and nobody needs room booking or visitor management, price the screens on their own. Our roundup of the best digital signage software lists the other priced options, and lobby tenant lists are covered on the digital building directory page.

How much does Appspace cost?

Appspace does not publish prices. Its Free plan costs nothing for one device and two premium users. Express, with 25 users and 25 devices, is reported at about 600 USD a month, and Enterprise starts at 50 users and 50 devices on a quote, with third-party estimates of about 2,000 to 2,500 USD a month.

Does Appspace have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes two premium users, one Appspace device ID, 5 GB of storage and 5 GB of bandwidth a month, base support and free admins. It is paid by card only and cannot add devices, storage or bandwidth, so it suits one test screen rather than a network.

How much is Appspace per device?

There is no published per device price today. The reported Express bundle works out to about 24 USD per device a month if all of it is assigned to screens. Appspace previously listed devices from 42 USD a month, a figure removed from its pricing page in April 2026.

What is the minimum for Appspace Enterprise?

Enterprise is sized from 50 premium users and 50 device IDs, with 50 GB of storage and bandwidth a month and Premium or Elite support. Pricing is by quote. Smaller teams land on Express, which covers 25 users and 25 devices.

Can I pay for Appspace monthly?

Yes. The pricing page lists month-to-month or annual terms for the paid plans, payable by credit card or invoice. The Free plan is card only. Annual commitments are where buyers report negotiated discounts, with G2 citing an average of 19 percent.

Does Appspace offer a free trial?

Yes, a 60 day free trial that includes everything in the Enterprise plan. During the trial you cannot buy extra device IDs, storage or bandwidth, so it is best used to test one or two screens and the intranet or booking modules before a quote.

What is a cheaper alternative to Appspace for digital signage?

A per screen signage platform. At 25 screens with playback reports, Yodeck Premium costs 3,600 USD a year, Displayer Professional 4,200 USD and TelemetryTV Elite 4,800 USD, against about 7,200 USD for the reported Appspace Express bundle. Displayer Network adds SSO at 24 USD a screen yearly.
